I think I’ve seen more of withholding judgment online as far as it applies to new events / people.

Forums that would eat up local “outrage bait” actually seem more skeptical generally and so forth.

It might just be that people have seen enough such material to be skeptical, but I feel like I see more demands for more information and so forth.
