I don't use it for two reasons: 1- I can't watch Netflix when I'm connected. 2- Does not work reliably in China. Express VPN does work for me, although it is probably not very secure. If they fix those issues, I will switch without a doubt.

Same - I would switch immediately if it worked well in China. Express VPN used to work, but after weeks of outages I switched to Astrill.
