This seems pretty obvious, but as far as I remember, hackernews.com used to point somewhere else, and then it was a domain parking page for a while. It wasn't until today when Safari autocompleted the website and was pleasantly surprised to find out that it points to HN now.
I looked on the wayback machine and seems like prior to October 23, 2021, the page redirected to a blog.
